Profit and Loss / Margin Analysis

CKW Building Solutions can carry out fortnightly, monthly, or even weekly; where the Project or situation calls for it, profit and loss analysis in order to monitor project delivery, labour and material spend, factory / manufacturing productivity, or any other of your Business functions.

We aim to review and advise on areas where you may be doing well against budgets, allowances or expectations and also those areas where you may be under performing.

We will then aim to review the same with you to identify further improvements which can be made to enhance and build on the good aspects and also options or changes which can be introduced to recover those areas that are maybe not so good.

In addition, we analyse profit margins to ensure you are achieving the margins you would like and where this is not the case, we aim to find out why and what can be done to rectify the situation or issues preventing sufficient margin recovery.
